Welcome to Oak & Hive Consulting

Bridging Support | Creating Pathways | Empowering Parents

About

Oak & Hive Consulting was born out of a deeply personal journey. As a parent of an autistic child, I found myself overwhelmed and alone in the early stages of diagnosis, navigating a sea of information without a clear guide. I realized there was a gap—a bridge needed for families like mine who are looking for neuro-affirming support, understanding, and a community that embraces their child’s differences. What started as a search for answers turned into a passion for creating a space where parents feel seen, supported, and empowered. Oak represents the strength and stability we offer, while the Hive symbolizes the collective power of community. Together, we help families build strong, neuro-affirming pathways, making sure no one has to navigate this journey alone.

“Inclusion is not bringing people into what already exists; it is making a new space, a better space for everyone.”

— George Dei
